Uprated Pierburg 2e2 2e3 Centre Gasket- 1.0mm
We have seen a number of Pierburgs develop running issues after a customer has rebuilt their carburettor due to fuel leaking into the venturies from the float bowl, or due to vacuum leaks into the various passages that run between the 2 halves of the carburettor. Many of these gaskets are simply too thin for purpose, or the carburettors they are fitted to have seen a small amount of distortion in their long service lives. These thicker gaskets offer a higher tolerance for distortion and a superior seal across the temperature spectrum.
Our gaskets are yet to have a single failure (they’re what I use in all of my rebuilds). They are made in the UK of high quality fuel resistant gasket material, are laser cut to the original OEM pattern, carry a 1 year warranty, and are also available for a number of other models of carburettor (with more variations frequently added!)
